Getting ready to strip the paint from the original gelcoat.

The orignal gelcoat colors are being revealed.

The bottom of the boat is being painstakingly prepared for the Zyrex bottom coating.

The Zyrex coating has been applied.

Engines are removed for a transom rebuild.

Drives and gimbal housings removed too.

Template being created for new plywood for the transom.

Old plywood is removed exposing the transom fiberglass.

New aft hull stringer being created.

Aft stringer is in place. Entire transom is built stronger than the original.

New transom plywood and stringer is all fiberglassed in.

A fresh coat of paint is applied.

The primer is sprayed on the hull.

Blocking and sanding is being done.

The base color has been applied.

Wet sanding and buffing.

The portals are being re-installed. Some of the frames we had 3D printed because the originals were broken.

The teak swim platform is being restored.

The gimbal housing template is used to drill for the gimbal housing mounts.

Y pipes are connected to the new gimbal housings. Getting ready for the IMCO "Sound Advantage" thru hull exhaust.

The openeings are being cut into the new transom.

The engines are back in.

The new gimbal housings are installed. All new hoses and pumps for the drive rams.

Engines are being aligned.

The steering is connected.
